  • 4 large Egg yolks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a medium saucepan, heat the low-fat milk over medium-low heat until it is warm but not boiling. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is pale and creamy.
