  • 200 grams low-fat cream cheese
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons spring onion, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.

Step 2

In a saucepan over low heat, gently heat the bloomed gelatin until it dissolves completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Step 4

Add the lemon juice, fresh dill, spring onion, salt, and black pepper to the food processor. Blend again until well combined.

With the food processor running, slowly pour the dissolved gelatin into the mixture. Blend until everything is thoroughly mixed.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl or individual ramekins, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Step 7

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set and chilled.

Step 8

Serve the tuna mousse with whole grain crackers or fresh vegetable sticks.
