Ingredients

  • 1 cup Light coconut milk
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large Frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Crushed ice

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the large banana and freeze it for at least 2 hours prior to making the milkshake if you haven't already.

In a blender, combine 1 cup of light coconut milk and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. Blend on low speed to mix.

Add the frozen banana slices to the blender, followed by 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of honey.

Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the mixture.
