  • 2 cups Low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 unit Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion, diced carrots, and diced celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
