  • 0.5 small jalapeño (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Add the non-fat Greek yogurt and lime juice to the blender.

Step 3

Peel the garlic clove and add it to the blender.

Step 4

Roughly chop the fresh cilantro and add it to the blender.
