Ingredients

  • 8 ounces conch meat, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 0.5 cup skim milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 0.5 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0 olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the chopped conch meat, onion, green bell pepper, and celery to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
