  • 1 medium Red apple
  • 2 large Celery stalks
  • 1 cup Red seedless grapes
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts

  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the fruit and vegetables. Core and dice both the Granny Smith and red apple into bite-sized pieces. There is no need to peel the apples unless preferred.
