  • 0.5 teaspoon, ground Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 medium, sliced Zucchini
  • 1 cup, chopped Green beans
  • 2 cups, chopped Kale

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the sliced carrots and celery, and cook for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
