  • 2 cups Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped for garnish
