Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 small daikon radish, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 10 grams fresh mint leaves
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine low-sodium soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix well.

Slice the lean pork tenderloin into thin strips.

Add the pork strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
