  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 cup Green olives, pitted and sliced
  • 0.25 cup Raisins
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onions and diced red bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they become soft and translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
