Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until slightly foamy.
