  • 150 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 100 grams Unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 large Egg whites
  • 120 ml Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Chopped pecans
  • 100 grams Chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and unsweetened applesauce. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
