  • 400 g Canned tomatoes, chopped
  • 250 ml Beef stock, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until it begins to soften.
