  • 100 grams frozen peas
  • 1.5 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 sheet low-fat puff pastry
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 0 to taste black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion, carrot, and celery to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
