Ingredients

  • 250 grams lean ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 0 cooking spray
  • 0.25 cup water

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, low sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, egg white, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.

Step 2

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon about 1 teaspoon of the meat mixture into the center of the wrapper.
