Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber

  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 50 grams Black olives (pitted)
  • 15 grams Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and add to the bowl.
