Ingredients

  • 4 pounds whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the whole chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
