  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 4 slices Low-fat ham
  • 2 slices Reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Low-fat unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing your ingredients. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over one side of two slices of the whole grain bread.

Step 2

On the opposite side of the mustard spread, layer two slices of low-fat ham, a slice of reduced-fat cheddar cheese, and half a cup of fresh spinach leaves on each piece of bread.
