Ingredients

  • 500 g Skinless chicken breast
  • 120 ml Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 60 ml Reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 g Mustard
  • 2 Celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 2 Green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 serving Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly spray with olive oil.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and juices run clear.
