Ingredients

  • 4 pieces low-fat flour tortillas
  • 1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can non-stick cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 pieces fresh lime wedges
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Lightly spray the skillet with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3

Place one low-fat flour tortilla in the skillet.

Step 4

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of reduced-fat cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla.
