Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Rub the inside of a fondue pot or medium saucepan with the cut sides of the garlic clove to infuse the flavor, then discard the garlic.

In a bowl, toss the shredded Swiss and Gruyère cheeses with the cornstarch until well coated.

In the prepared fondue pot or saucepan, heat the white wine over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Do not boil.
