  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup low sodium beef broth

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
