Ingredients

  • 1 medium Whole wheat roll
  • 2 slices Turkey bacon
  • 1 second spray Cooking spray
  • 1 large Lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

Step 2

Add the turkey bacon slices to the pan. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they become crispy and browned.

Step 3

While the bacon is cooking, cut the whole wheat roll horizontally and spread the low fat mayonnaise on the inside of each half.

Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the roll.
