Ingredients

  • 1 piece Whole wheat English muffin
  • 2 slices Low-fat turkey bacon
  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 1 slice Low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 spray Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Add the turkey bacon slices to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
