Ingredients

  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat English muffins
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 2 slices Low-fat cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
