Ingredients

  • 4 slices low-fat turkey bacon
  • 2 pieces whole wheat bap rolls
  • 2 teaspoons low-fat margarine
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the low-fat turkey bacon slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until crispy and browned to your liking. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside on a paper towel to drain any excess fat.
