Ingredients

  • 1 piece Whole grain roll
  • 2 slices Turkey bacon
  • 3 large Egg whites
  • 1 slice Low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 spray Olive oil cooking spray
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat it with olive oil cooking spray.

Step 2

Add the turkey bacon to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

While the bacon is cooking, lightly toast the whole grain roll in an oven toaster or regular toaster to your desired level of crispiness.
