Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds (sliced or chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.25 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Raisins

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes, orange zest, lemon zest, and salt. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
