  • 0.75 cup skim milk
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg white

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly spray with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
