  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 0 salt to taste
  • 0 black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
