  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 0.5 sliced red onion
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the boneless skinless chicken breast into thin strips.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the low-fat plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground turmeric, minced garlic clove, grated fresh ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form the marinade.
