  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 1 cup Red grapes
  • 2 stalks Green onions

  • 4 pieces Croissants
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
