  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 4 slices Reduced-fat provolone cheese
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat hoagie rolls

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

Season the chicken strips with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder, and set aside.

Step 3

Slice the onion and bell peppers into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 4

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
