  • 2 pieces Whole-grain sandwich bread slices
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 1 small slice Red onion

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken breast. Sprinkle both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seasoned chicken breast and let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
