Ingredients

  • 120 grams Plain yogurt
  • 100 grams Chickpea flour (besan)

  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0 Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine plain yogurt, chickpea flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
