  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
