Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 0.5 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and chop the green onions.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
