Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Skinless chicken breast
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 unit Olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cover with a sheet of plastic wrap. Gently pound the chicken to an even thickness using a meat tenderizer.

Step 2

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat the bottom with olive oil spray.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
