Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces Whole wheat penne pasta
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

Step 2

Cook the whole wheat penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
