Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 0.75 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 as needed Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5 minutes or until just tender. Drain well and set aside.
