Ingredients

  • 1 12-inch (store-bought or homemade) Whole wheat pizza crust
  • 8 oz Lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Low-sodium tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 cup Shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Onion
  • 0.25 cup Dill pickles
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a store-bought pizza crust, follow the package instructions for pre-baking if required.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
