  • 300 g Whole wheat flour
  • 150 g All-purpose flour
  • 7 g Instant yeast
  • 10 g Sugar
  • 5 g Salt
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 240 ml Warm water
  • 200 g Low-fat feta cheese
  • 10 g Black sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
