  • 150 grams Low fat mozzarella cheese

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Slice the whole grain baguette into 16 pieces, about 1/2 inch thick each.

Step 3

Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 0.5 teaspoons of garlic powder, then lightly brush each baguette slice with the mixture.
