  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0 oil spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground chicken with the finely chopped onion, tomato, fresh coriander, and fresh mint.

Add the whole wheat flour, green chilies, ginger paste, and garlic paste to the mixture.
