  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large Garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and extra virgin olive oil. Whisk until well blended and smooth.

Step 2

Add the fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and finely minced garlic to the bowl. Whisk together until evenly incorporated.

Step 3

Stir in the anchovy paste and finely grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the anchovy paste is fully dissolved into the dressing.

Step 4

Season the dressing with salt and ground black pepper, adjusting to taste. Mix thoroughly to combine all flavors.

Step 5

For best results, cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 6

Serve atop your favorite salad or as a dip for vegetables. Keep any unused dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
