Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and just tender. Drain and transfer immediately to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and pat dry with paper towels.
