  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 large Egg white
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika

  • 2 Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, gently pound the chicken to about 1/2 inch thickness.
