Ingredients

  • 125 grams Finely ground almonds
  • 3 large Egg whites
  • 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 120 grams Low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 20 grams Low-calorie sweetener (erythritol or similar)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 140°C (285°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.

Step 3

Gradually add the granulated sugar to the egg whites while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form and the sugar is fully dissolved.

Step 4

Gently fold in the almond extract, ground almonds, and powdered sugar until just combined.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large round nozzle.

Pipe the meringue into finger-like shapes, approximately 8 cm long, onto the prepared baking sheet.
