Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole-grain bread slices
  • 4 slices Turkey bacon
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 3 tablespoons Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 spray Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray.

Step 2

Add the turkey bacon slices to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
